Holiday Movie Week: No Misers Allowed

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!  Time to bring out the holiday movies and watch them with the kids.  This week we’ll spotlight some classics and new family favorites.

There’s no way I could write about holiday DVDs and not include The Year Without a Santa Claus:  it’s my husband’s all-time favorite holiday special!  (You see, he majored in meteorology in college, so he has a soft spot for the Heat Miser and Snow Miser.)  It’s a good thing that Mother Nature and Mrs. Santa Claus show those two who’s boss, that’s all I’m saying…

It’s not too scary for even the littlest viewers, who will get a big kick out of the music–especially the “chorus line” numbers with those charming but dastardly Misers.  Don’t miss this one–it’s must-see TV in my house.
