Time for a Change!

When I was in high school, I had a regular Saturday-night babysitting job for two-year-old twins. Hmmm, I never had a regular Saturday-night babysitter when my kids were little–but then again, I never had two two-year-olds at the same time, either. That mom deserved her night off!

The kids were a lot of fun, but I sure worked hard for my $2 an hour. We’d play with toys, do a little crazy dancing, have a snack and then get ready for bed. That’s when the adventure really started.

The little girl was pretty cooperative when it came to diaper-changing time. Not so her brother! I perfected the art of changing his diapers while he was standing up.
