Put an End to the Puddles!

One of the biggest bathroom hazards for babies, children, and adults alike is a wet floor. My bathroom has a ceramic-tile floor, which is about as slippery-when-wet as can be.

Yes, we have a bathmat, but with the whole family showering one after the other in the mornings, that bathmat gets pretty soggy pretty quickly. If you’re not the first one to get a shower, you’re stepping on a squishy, wet mat.

And then we’ve got a third-grader who’s not as good as he should be about tucking in the shower curtain so the floor doesn’t get a shower at the same time he does. Then he troops his wet self across the bathroom to grab a towel, leaving a wet, slippery floor behind him.

This super-absorbent microfiber bathmat would be perfect for a family like mine. It’s micro-thin, so if you’re worried about a door getting caught on a thick bathmat, it’s not a problem here. And it dries in just minutes!

This mat is also perfect for a mudroom, or any place where wet-footed children and pets come in out of the rain. It washes up well and doesn’t attract dirt and hair as quickly as a terrycloth bathmat does. What a great solution to those post-shower puddles, or splashes from toddlers with boats, duckies and other tub toys.

One of my relatives, a grandmother of four, has announced that she’s almost done with her Christmas shopping. Before September.

How does she do that?

Book Shelf: Arthur’s Off to School
