Infants

Disney's Toy Story Buzz Lightyear Baby Costume
Let’s face it – you could dress up a toddler in a paper bag, tell him to pretend he’s a robot, and it’ll be crazy charming. BUT that particular toddler might prefer something a bit more exciting than a grocery sack. Deck him out in this Buzz Lightyear outfit ($20) and he’ll be one happy spaceman (and you’ll have a blast recording him doing amazing things to the character’s catchphrase like - “to nimfinitees and be blonde”).

The Muppets Kermit the Frog Baby Costume
Kermit might not think it’s easy being green, but a little wee man in this famous frog get-up ($25) is about as easy on the eyes as it gets. You don’t have to buy him matching green mini-Chuck Taylor’s…. but it would be even more awesome if you did. The costume is soft and comfortable and you can add things to up the cuteness factor – a tiny vest (formal Kermit), perhaps a cape (Super-Kermit), or a tool belt (Handy Kermit).

Shrek 4 Baby Costume
Babies and ogres have a lot in common – they’re both often quite smelly, have nice, round bellies, and enjoy playing in mud. Shrek 4 was a big hit this year and you only have so many chances to dress you baby up like an ogre – so we say go for it. Plus in 16 years when his first girlfriend comes over he will LOVE it when you whip out photos of his little green monster days.

Be prepared for your son to be pretend-blasting the entire house to smithereens in his Iron Man costume ($25).
